3. Website Draft Service

For clients requesting an initial website draft:

  • The draft is created based on the information provided by the client.
  • Drafts are for preview and evaluation purposes only.
  • The draft fee is separate from subscription or full development costs.
  • Approval of the draft is required before full development begins.

If the client chooses not to proceed:

  • Access to the draft will be disabled.
  • Draft design files remain the property of Web In Progress.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project information
  • Submit required content, images, and business details on time
  • Review drafts and provide feedback promptly
  • Ensure uploaded materials do not violate copyright or intellectual property laws

Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Project fees, draft fees, or subscription fees will be clearly communicated before work begins.
  • Payments may be required upfront or based on agreed billing terms.
  • Subscription plans may be billed monthly or annually.
  • All fees are non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Website designs, drafts, and materials created by Web In Progress remain our intellectual property until full payment is completed.
  • Clients retain ownership of materials they provide (logos, photos, documents).
  • Web In Progress reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio.

7. Cancellation and Termination

A client may cancel services under the following conditions:

Before Project Start:

  • Payments may be refunded subject to administrative deductions.

After Work Has Started:

  • Fees paid are non-refundable.
  • Work completed up to the cancellation date may be delivered at our discretion.

Web In Progress reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • The client violates terms
  • Payments are not made
  • There is abusive or unlawful communication

8. Limitation of Liability

Web In Progress shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses due to website downtime
  • Client-provided content errors
  • Third-party service failures (hosting providers, plugins, platforms)
  • Security breaches beyond reasonable control

Clients acknowledge that website performance may vary due to external factors.

9. Third-Party Services

Websites may use third-party tools, plugins, or platforms such as:

  • Hosting providers
  • Domain registrars
  • Payment gateways
  • Analytics tools

Web In Progress is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

10. Revisions and Modifications

  • Minor revisions may be included depending on the selected plan.
  • Major revisions or changes outside the project scope may incur additional fees.
  • Requests beyond agreed features may require a separate quotation.
